Scrapbooking Blog Hop - October 2018


Hi there, it's lovely to see you here today, I'm sharing a scrapbook page along with others in this months Scrapbook Sunday Blog Hop. If you've never heard of a blog hop before then let me tell you there is a group of us who will show you some amazing scrapbook layouts, a list of those taking part is at the bottom of this blog post. 


This months theme is travel/adventure, I have so many photos that I go through phases on what I would like to do. With the theme I thought I would do some pages from when we went to Florida almost 3 1/2 years ago for my uncles wedding. On April fools day I suggested we go to a beach & I done a bit of research on Pinterest as you do & so we traveled to Clearwater Beach: 


When traveling in a different country you don't realise how long it takes to get to place, it took us almost 3 hours to get here from Orlando! It was a really lovely day & it was nice to chill out rather than taking in the rides at the theme parks in Orlando. For the text I used the 'Brushwork Alphabet' & for the date I used the 'Pick a Pennant' stamp sets. 


Not sure if you've spotted the middle picture surround by the 'starburst' punch, well we walked on the pier with my cousin & they had some stalls. I thought this was very apt:

Afternoon all, Hope you are all well & getting into the festive spirit with just over a week away!! Have you still got some Christmas shopping to do? January Scrapbook Sunday Blog Hop

Happy Sunday everyone, even if it is a bit wet & miserable here in the UK. It's great to see you here for another Blog Hop with an amazing group of people from all over the world. If you've come from Charlet's page it's great to see you, if you've started here then hit the next icon at the bottom of the page & you can see all 14 of the talented creations. This month's theme was a colour challenge of Black, Coral & Green. Well the colours didn't stop me I picked out the ink pads Basic Black, Calypso Coral, Emerald Envy & Lemon Lime Twist (which is borderline green...hehe). I then picked out one of the lovely black designer series paper from the Petal Passion suite & then I drew a blank slightly. I was rummaging through all my photos & believe me I have tons - even with running & going to a monthly scrapbooking class!!  I had left my scrapbooking album at home so couldn't remember what I had already scrapped so that...

Scrapbook Sunday Blog Hop - February
