Banner Blast says Hi!

Hi all!
Today, I have been at my Stampin' Up! training day with other demonstrators, learning new techniques and getting inspiration from others. I then signed up to do an inspiration at our next quarterly meeting. I then had to leave early due to having Messy Church at the Church I attend, so a very busy day. But I had to pop in and show you the swap I did for the other demonstrators.

I used the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches

I combined it with this weeks Colour Q challenge:

Here is what I created:

I changed the colours slightly to current Stampin' Up! Colours, so I used Rapberry Ripple for Bravo Burgundy and Real Red for Poppy Parade. I cut my Summer Starfruit base and added Whisper White card stock, I then cut some Raspberry Ripple card stock and used an up and coming Sale-a-Bration item (available from the end of the month in the UK), the decorative dots Embossing Folder. I then cut some Whisper White card stock and stamped basic grey with one of the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set. I also used the Banner Blast stamp set from SAB with co-ordinating punch, I stamped them in each of the colours. I wanted the Hi sentiment to pop so used Real Red ink, the banner with the grey outline need some more colour to make it pop, so I used a blender pen with some Raspberry Ripple. I wanted the banners to look like they were part of bunting, so I used some gold sequin ribbon which is coming out at the end of the month too.

All the demonstrators I gave them too really appreciated receiving them, I hope you like what I have created.

The recipe:
Stamps: Banner Blast, Gorgeous Grunge
Inks: Basic Grey, Raspberry Ripple, Real Red, Summer Starfruit
Tools: Banner Punch
Accessories: Gold Sequin

Happy Crafting,

Since October I've been part of an awesome training programme to gain knowledge & in site in how to achieve the incentive trip that Stampin' Up! has to offer. Kylie Bertucci gives some amazing training to demonstrators world wide! I've been part of some other groups that has been started by her like 'Random Acts of Kindness' where cards go to random people within the group from all over the world. I've recently been in the amazing 'Love it Chop it' group where you learn to cut that paper you have around the house!! haha!
