Scrapbooking Blog Hop - September 2018

Hey guys! Hope you are well, it’s been a while since I’ve participated in this hop. I hope you've enjoyed the other's blogs whilst I was away, I really enjoyed seeing them over the past 2 months. So, let's get to it, if you've come from Jerim's 'Hello' wasn't her page inspirational, but if you've started here then thank's for popping by. There is about 10 of us taking part in this hop, once you've finished looking at my blog post you can then see what other people in the hop have done by clicking the links at the end of the post.

This month's theme is 'FIRST', I really had a bit of a mental block originally, but then when I was looking at my photos during my scrapbooking workshop I found pictures from a few months ago of a walk that we haven't been on before! So voila 'my first.' I love exploring things that are on my doorstep, I follow quite a few local photographers on Instagram & one posted photos of Bluebell&…

Project Highlights

Hi there,
Thanks for popping by, I wanted to share with you some projects I've created recently & a few especially for this blog post. At Stampin' Up! we get to go to events for training, achievements & creating with upcoming new products. As part of the event demonstrators get picked to either be display stampers or showcase on the stage what is new as well as tips for the rest of us demonstrators. So, I thought I would put myself forward to be a display stamper, I've created 3 card fronts, 2 3-d projects & a scrapbook page.
The first I'm going to show you is this lovely card using the Pop of Petals stamp set:

I stamped the flowers in Melon Mambo & Blueberry Bushel ink, these were punched out with the Four-Petal Flower & I then cut off one of the petals on one of the flowers. The Garden Impressions paper stack is so versatile I used just a 2" strip & adhered it to a piece of Blueberry Bushel card stock. I stamped the birthday sentiment…

Garden Impressions - Global Design Project

Evening Everyone,
I wanted to drop by & show you what I created with the gorgeous Garden Impressions designer series paper stack & this challenge over at Global Design Project was fitting:

This paper pack is gorgeous & currently Stampin' Up! have got an awesome buy 3 get 1 free offer which includes this paper pack, here is what I created:

I paired it with the Pop of Petals stamp set & the Jars of Love for the 'hello' sentiment. To create the banner I did the following:

I used the pretty label punch to create the banner, by inserting one edge into the punch & voila!
Rather than a doily, I decided to use the scallop circle punch & cut it in half to create the pop of blue behind the stamped flower. I couldn't resist adding a few metallic sequins.
So, I want to let you know about the great offers happening this month, one I've already mentioned.

The papers you can order are: Animal Expedition, Best Route, Garden Impressions, Nature's P…

Here is a close up of me getting this all ready:  With the banner I cut some scrap & using the stitched oval die I ran it through the big shot part way to create the pe…

Go For Greece Blog Hop - March 2018

Evening all,
Hope you are well.
I'm popping by on a blog hop with the amazing 'Go For Greece' training group. Since October I've been part of an awesome training programme to gain knowledge & in site in how to achieve the incentive trip that Stampin' Up! has to offer.

Kylie Bertucci gives some amazing training to demonstrators world wide! I've been part of some other groups that has been started by her like 'Random Acts of Kindness' where cards go to random people within the group from all over the world. I've recently been in the amazing 'Love it Chop it' group where you learn to cut that paper you have around the house!! haha!
