Scrapbooking Blog Hop - November 2018

Hi guys! It's lovely to see you here for the Scrapbooking blog hop. This months theme is Selfie's & I have to say this is right up my street! It's only second nature to take selfie's nowadays.

This year for my birthday I went to Chepstow Castle in Wales, which is about 30 minutes from where I live. It was a lovely day & was a fun day. Here are a collection of Selfie's that we took:

These were all the Selfie's that I took whilst exploring the castle. I used some new stamp sets that I received from Onstage last week from the new Spring/Summer catalogue coming out in January. I hope you like them, that gorgeous cake!! Here is a close up of the banner:

I had a gorgeous black & white picture of me & David & I couldn't resist having this as a single page, I don't do them that often as do find them a challenge to make, but this came together quite easily:

I used some of the Brights designer series paper in Gorgeous Grape & Melon Mambo behind the photo. I stamped behind the paper with the post script stamp set in Sahara sand & then use these gorgeous sentiments:

Some more gorgeous sentiments from the upcoming Spring/Summer catalogue, a couple of the sentiments are from Oh So Eclectic & Bunch of Blossom. The big sentiment I stamped in Blackberry Bliss & then with a blender pen I coloured the 'Happy' in Poppy Parade & the banner I used Mango Melody. I can see that I'm going to be doing this quite often with this sentiment. Here is a close up of the journaling with the pretty label punch:

Thanks for stopping by & don't forget to check out the fabulous pages that everyone else has created by following the links below.

See you soon,

So this is what I created:  I used the Nature's Poem Designer Series Paper for my backing paper, I then added some Call Me Clover card stock, Poppy Parade, Gorgeous Grape & Daffodil Delight Brights DSP & some Daffodil Delight Cardstock for the banner. Here is a close up of me getting this all ready:  With the banner I cut some scrap & using the stitched oval die I ran it through the big shot part w
