Fab Thanks

Hi All!
Hope you are all well!
I thought I would pop in with a card I made at a recent class I held at my home. I used a new stamp set as well as incorporating some good faves. I saw the Fab Friday colour inspiration:

I really wanted to do something with the Daffodil Delight Blendabilities & thought I would use the Mixed Bunch stamp set. I was also inspired to create a lovely background with the Flowering Flourishes Stamp set in Strawberry Slush & Coastal Cabana. So here is what I came up with:

Here is a close up of the mixed bunch flowers:

I used the solid stamp in the set just inked in Daffodil Delight & then with the Daisy like flower I used the Memento Ink & coloured with the blendabilities,  you can see the gradual colours from light to dark at the tips. On the bottom flower which you can just see in the right hand corner of the photo above I used the light blendabilitie followed by the dark along the dots of the flower.

The thanks sentiment is from the Another Thank You stamp set which fitted perfectly inside the four frames stamp.

Thanks for popping by!

x Jess x

Recipe:

Stamps: Another Thank You, Flowering Flourishes, Four Frames, Mixed Bunch
Ink: Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight, Strawberry Slush

Tools: Blossom Punch, Decorative Label Punch

  3. I like how you did 3 separate panels for the background flourishes and the curled petals of the flowers...great details. Thanks for sharing at Fab Friday!

Go For Greece Blog Hop - March 2018

I'm popping by on a blog hop with the amazing 'Go For Greece' training group. Since October I've been part of an awesome training programme to gain knowledge & in site in how to achieve the incentive trip that Stampin' Up! has to offer.

Kylie Bertucci gives some amazing training to demonstrators world wide! I've been part of some other groups that has been started by her like 'Random Acts of Kindness' where cards go to random people within the group from all over the world. I had to go & look through some of my pages already as my parents are currently up so had a lovely day at a flower show yesterday so will show you those photos in a future scrapbook hop. I hope you enjoy this scrapbook page that is from our holiday to the Lake District almost 2 years ago! It was a glorious day after finding out that Brexit had happened here in the UK. Anyway enough of my waffling here is what I created:

I use the 'Remarkable You' stamp set to create the big leaves & then used my blender pen to shade in, I've also used 'Jars of Love' for some more foliage & the 'Playful Backgrounds' in Bermuda Bay I think!! On Soft …
