I decided to combine it with the colour challenge over at Fab Friday:
I have to say I found this very hard to do, trying to use 3 colours is a bit a challenge for me, I tend to mix a lot of colours together. So this is the card I created:
I decided to use the bokeh technique to create my background - this is very much in! in the crafting world & it is so simple to create :)! You just get a piece of white paper, a sponge or dauber & ink the background with the colours you want to use, so to get the washed sort of look you get some whisper white craft ink & I used some vellum which I cut some circles into. Then with a sponge dauber I did some circular motions onto the vellum circles, I did this all over the page. I then also used the star mask to create some stars in the same sort of style but I used some silver encore ink (under the washi tape). Voila bokeh mastered!!
A close up of the stars:

Beautiful! I love the subtle addition of the silver stars! They help play up the sparkle of the rhinestones! Thanks for sharing at Fab Friday!
